The new 5200-series Qwik Conveyor with Z-frame platform, from Dorner Mfg. Corp., Hartland, WI, allows end users to change product delivery elevations. Combining the Z-frame and nose-over options with the 5200-series curve and straight conveyors provides users with all of the options necessary to complete an entire mainline conveyor system and the ability to maximize vertical space, according to company officials.

The modularity and quick-change features of the conveyors allow users to quickly and easily modify conveyor systems when designing or meeting changing applications. One of these new conveyors can be shortened or extended by one person with a few tools in as little as 10 min.

The aluminum-framed conveyors come in straights, curves and cleats, and now with the Z-framed option. Load capacity is 1000 lb. on straights and 500 lb. on curves.
