Bunting Magnetics will showcase its MagSlide beltless chip and parts conveyor. The unit employs high-energy ceramic or rare-earth magnets hidden beneath a stainless-steel slider bed to move parts along the surface. All moving parts, except for the motor, are enclosed. Twin roller-drive chains hold and move the magnets while traveling in the oil-impregnated SlideTrack channel, which provides constant lubrication to help minimize maintenance, friction, chain wear and noise. Models include straight horizontal, horizontal-to-incline and a nose-over style for extending over scrap dumpsters.
