Link Systems, Nashville, TN, will showcase the OmniLink 5000 press-automation control, ideal for in-die part measurement via its tonnage and analog-signal monitor module. It also features digital die protection and automatic setup features to reduce die-change downtime. The resolver-based control makes use of in-depth diagnostic capability to keep downtime to a minimum; and is compatible with LinkNet, the company’s solution for complete pressroom monitoring. The OmniLink 5100 will be outfitted with the OmniLink 805 operator-interface terminal with touchscreen technology. Visitors also can see the company’s Black Max light curtains, Link System 1100 tonnage monitor and OmniLink II press-automation control.
