Formtek presents the Yoder QVW-300 roll forming system, the largest roll forming machine in the QVW-series family. The machine system is meant for heavy-gauge, low-yield-strength materials, or light-gauge, ultra-high-strength materials.  The machines are designed for fast changeovers using the rafting method of changeover and can be customized with various options such as single-point adjustment, variable top gear ratio change, non-drive top gearing (or floating), forklift pockets and raft tubes. Formtek can pre-install electrical outlets and air ports on the front of the machine to accommodate various additions to the equipment.
