Steel Industry's Lifetime Achievement Award
August 1, 2013Comments The Steel Market Development Institute (SMDI) awarded its 2013 Lifetime Achievement Award to Will M. Heenan, Jr., who served as president of the Steel Recycling Institute from 1990 to December 2010. Prior to joining the institute, Heenan was general manager, tin mill products, for U.S. Steel Corp. SMDI is a business unit of the American Iron and Steel Institute.
