Grand Steel Products Opens New Tenn. Facility

Grand Steel Products, Wixom, MI, a flat-rolled steel service center and steel distributor, will open a new toll-processing and warehousing facility in Clinton, TN, on December 17. Grand Steel Processing-TN will operate two slitting lines, with coil capacity to 25 tons received by truck and rail (three-car indoor rail-siding serviced by NS) for inbound and outbound shipments.
“Due to recent supply-chain issues and higher transportation costs, we are excited for this opportunity to establish ourselves in the mid-South region,” company officials said. “GSP-TN will position us to better serve our southern vendor/customer base while continuing to expand our capabilities throughout the region.”
