ECi Software Solutions Acquires Vineyardsoft Corporation
November 1, 2018Comments ECi Software Solutions, a Fort Worth, TX-based provider of cloud-based business management solutions, announced its acquisition of Vineyardsoft Corporation, a provider of business-activity monitoring (BAM) software, including KnowledgeSync for alerts and workflow. The acquisition allows ECi to make available KnowledgeSync to its customer base, while advancing future generations of the product.
