Stanley Spring and Stamping Acquires Precision Forming and Stamping

Stanley Spring and Stamping, Chicago, IL, a supplier of custom metal parts and springs, has acquired Precision Forming and Stamping, also in Chicago, a supplier of four-slide, multi-slide and other small stampings and flat springs to the automotive, electrical, HVAC and medical industries.

Existing Precision Forming customers will have a seamless transition, adds Banas, in delivered products from Stanley Spring’s 85,000-sq.-ft. facility.
