Ramco’s Commitment to Domestic Manufacturing Leads to Significant Building Expansion

Ramco Specialties, Inc., Hudson, OH, has announced the groundbreaking at its headquarters for expansion of its current facility by 50,000 sq. ft., exclusively for manufacturing. The construction is expected to be completed in June 2022.
Once the new manufacturing space is ready, it plans to install three new part formers and one nut former. The part-forming machines will allow for the production of 9-in.-long parts to 3-in. dia., while the nut formers will be able to produce 32-mm nuts.
The announcement of Ramco’s Ohio expansion follows the news of its purchase of a third building in South Lyon, MI, where an investment in 10,000 sq. ft. for machining production will increase capacity to manufacture precision parts.
