Pentaflex President David Arndt Retires, Hands the Reins to Ross McGregor
October 1, 2020Comments Metal former Pentaflex Inc., Springfield, OH, announced the retirement of company president David Arndt, who has served as president since 2012. Arndt has worked in the automotive and metal forming industry for 54 yr., during that time serving as Chairman of the Precision Metal forming Association and as a member of the board of directors of the Heavy Duty Manufactures Association. He remains a member of the Pentaflex board of directors.
“Having announced my retirement,” Arndt says, “I am happy to support the management change installing Ross McGregor, son of the Pentaflex founder, as the new president. It has been my honor and privilege to serve Pentaflex, our shareholders, employees, suppliers and customers.”
McGregor has worked in a variety of positions at Pentaflex during his 33-yr. stint with the company, including purchasing, sales, and production management, and most recently as vice president of operations. He also serves as a member of the company’s board of directors. McGregor is active in numerous state and local organizations, charities and initiatives, and was a State legislator in the Ohio House of Representatives for five terms before being term limited.
“The entire Pentaflex family would like to thank Dave for his capable leadership of the company during the past eight years,” says McGregor. “Dave has represented Pentaflex exceptionally well with our customers, suppliers and our Industry.”
