New Organizational Structure at Jagemann Stamping

Jagemann Stamping Co., Manitowoc, WI, has announced a new organizational structure, including a newly appointed executive-leadership team. Doug Odell recently joined Jagemann as president, bringing more than 25 yr. of industrial manufacturing experience. Eric Wolter has joined the firm as vice president of engineering and operations, bringing with him more than 40 yr. of engineering and operations experience. Edward Brown has been appointed vice president of sales and innovation, bringing a skillset steeped in engineering, production, quality and sales, combined with more than 30 yr. of deep-draw experience. And the firm has a new chief financial officer, Robert Mathews, who has more than 35 yr. of finance, management and operations experience.
Former president Ralph Hardt will continue to serve as vice chairman of the board, and will work with the new management team to ensure a successful transition of roles and responsibilities.
