Private investment and management company The Mifsud Group, Cleveland, OH, has acquired precision metal fabricator Montana Metal Products, Des Plaines, IL. From its 98,000-sq.-ft. shop, Montana Metal supplies sheetmetal parts and assemblies and machined components to the aviation and medical industries.
