Interplex Acquires OCP Group

Interplex, a manufacturer of custom interconnect systems and other precision and mechanical products, has acquired OCP Group, Inc. (OCP), a custom connector and cable-assembly manufacturer based in San Diego, CA.
“The acquisition of OCP is a strategic investment in expanding Interplex’s fast-growing medical and life-sciences product portfolio,” says Alessandro Perrotta, Interplex CEO. “They also bring valuable opportunities in specialized sensors as well as harsh-environment applications.
