AMG Acquires L&R Precision Tooling and Manufacturing

AMG, Inc., a precision machining and fabrication company based in Lynchburg, VA, recently acquired L&R Precision Tooling and Manufacturing, also located in Lynchburg. AMG is an ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100 registered company with more than 140,000 sq. ft. in Lynchburg and a second 20,000-sq.-ft. facility in Roanoke, VA. It performs an array of precision machining and fabrication processes including laser cutting, press brake forming, CNC punching and manual and robotic welding.
