American Wire Works Acquires Ace Metal, Inc.

American Wire Works (AWW), Philadelphia, PA, a supplier of industrial wire products, has acquired Ace Metal, Inc., Clifton Heights, PA, a family-owned manufacturer of metal spools and tubular wire carriers. Says Phil Fusacchia, president and owner of AWW: “This acquisition builds on our investments in modernizing operations and improving service, allowing us to better support our clients and industry partners.”

Ace Metal will now be called Ace Metal Works and continue operations at its current location.
