Women in Manufacturing Annual Summit Heads to Boston October 6-9

The Women in Manufacturing Association’s (WiM) 14th annual Summit takes place in Boston, MA, October 6-9 at the Hynes Convention Center. The WiM Summit will welcome in-person and virtual participation from an estimated 2000 manufacturing professionals from around the world. Attendees will enjoy three days of impactful keynote presentations, breakout sessions, plant tours and social events designed to expand their networks and strengthen the community of women in manufacturing at all levels.

“This year’s WiM Summit theme, ‘Champion for Success,’ celebrates unity, empowerment and inspiration by bringing together women and allies in the manufacturing industry,” says WiM president and founder Allison Grealis. “Hosted in Boston, a city known for its championship sports teams, we aim to draw parallels between the resilience, teamwork and dedication of athletes and the incredible potential within our industry. Together, we are championing a future where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.”

The conference will deliver 65 educational sessions on topics including innovation, allyship, operational excellence, caregiving, artificial intelligence, sustainability, leadership and strategic business trends. In addition, attendees can tour several innovative manufacturing facilities in the area, including Amgen, Dell Technologies and New Balance.
