Woman Takes Charge of Confederation of British Metalforming
September 1, 2012CommentsFor the first time, a woman has taken charge of the Confederation of British Metalforming (CBM), as operations director Geraldine Bolton has been appointed head of the trade association, headquartered in West Bromwich, England. Bolton, who previously served CBM as secretary, recently earned a degree in business management at Essex University. She expects to increase the association’s emphasis on technology initiatives to improve member competitiveness, and to develop closer relationships with other related trade associations.
