D&S Manfuacturing, Black River Falls, WI, recently received word from Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle that it had been deemed eligible for a $250,000 state income-tax credit through the Western Wisconsin Technology Zone. Eligible companies earn tax credits through capital investments, job creation and any increase in property taxes.
