The Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) congratulates these four women from PMA-member companies that earned The Manufacturing Institute’s 2014 STEP (science, technology, engineering and production) Awards: Altheha DrePaul, key account manager, EJ Ajax; Lisa Habe, president, Interlake Industries; Irina Kleyman, manufacturing engineer, Ace Clearwater Enterprises; and Erica Wiegel, prototype manager/owner, Wiegel Tool Works.
