PMA joined the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA), the American Machine Tool Distributors’ Association (AMTDA) and AMT—The Association for Manufacturing Technology in welcoming more than 750 manufacturing executives to Orlando for The MFG Meeting, March 8-11, 2012. Attendees enjoyed former NFL coach Joe Gibbs speak on his Game Plan for Life; took in general sessions on ownership thinking and the manufacturing business cycle; and gathered for breakout sessions on training of mid-level managers and business succession planning. And, of course, there was time left over for networking—personal and professional.
