Merger: Plante Moran and Blackman Kallick
August 1, 2012CommentsEffective July 1, 2012, the merger of Plante Moran and Blackman Kallick created Chicago’s seventh largest accounting, tax and consulting firm. Its three local offices will serve more than 5000 companies, primarily middle-market Midwest firms in the manufacturing, real estate and construction sectors. Overall, the newly united company will employ more than 2000 people working in 22 Midwest-U.S. offices and three international offices.
