C.M. Paula Co., Mason, OH, has acquired metalformer Art Technologies, Inc., Hamilton, OH. In announcing the acquisition, C.M. Paula’s sixth in the past seven years, CEO Greg Ionna says, “Our philosophy is to buy it, grow it and hold it.” Art Technologies employs 32 people and manufactures hinges, bearings and other metal parts for the automotive, truck, agricultural and other industries.
