AMT to Partner with PMA, FMA, AWS

Comments AMT—The Association for Manufacturing Technology—will partner with the array of trade associations and societies responsible for producing the FABTECH International & AWS Welding Show including METALFORM, to provide domestic and international support for what promises to be North America’s largest metalforming, fabricating and welding event. 

Terms of the agreement with AMT include elimination of the fabricating and laser pavilions at AMT’s International Manufacturing Technology Show, beginning with the 2009 event. The first official combined exhibition with FABTECH & AWS Welding Show including METALFORM will occur in November 2009 at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
