LSP Industries presents the FloaterCoater lubrication
system, boasting a unique, patented design developed for heavy-duty stamping.
The floating chassis ensures that the rolls always remain in contact with the
workpiece material and eliminates the need to raise or lower the unit for
passline changes on new setups.
The pumping system and fluid manifold design allow for the application of light- to heavy-viscosity fluids, as well as for the delivery of one- or two-sided lubrication and specific zone lubrication of the material.
