LSP-floater-coater-stamping-lubrication LSP Industries presents the FloaterCoater lubrication system, boasting a unique, patented design developed for heavy-duty stamping. The floating chassis ensures that the rolls always remain in contact with the workpiece material and eliminates the need to raise or lower the unit for passline changes on new setups.

The pumping system and fluid manifold design allow for the application of light- to heavy-viscosity fluids, as well as for the delivery of one- or two-sided lubrication and specific zone lubrication of the material.

Three different roller materials are available: felt for versatility, smooth polyurethane for light coating, and textured polyurethane for heavier coating. Full roll replacement can be accomplished in seconds without using tools. And, the LSP electronic controller gives allows users to precisely control the amount of lubricant applied to the rolls.

The stainless-steel FloaterCoater cabinet is available in eight sizes up to 72 in. wide.
