Bosch Rexroth to Acquire Pair of Companies

March 1, 2009

Two German companies soon will be acquired by Bosch Rexroth AG, Lohr, Germany, to strengthen the company’s presence in the machine-tool industry and to further meet demand for a single-source supplier. The firm plans to purchase Interlit Joistgen GmbH, with headquarters in Cologne, Germany; and the associated production company of MSG Maschinen und Stahlbau, Joachimsthal, Germany.

Interlit Joistgen manufactures cooling and lubrication systems; MSG is a steel fabricator.
