Solar Atmospheres of Western PA, Hermitage, PA, hired Melissa Gruszka as quality manager. She has more than 20 years of experience working in manufacturing in the aerospace, automotive and Navy nuclear sectors, leading technical teams to ensure process compliance within the Department of Defense, Department of Energy and ISO. Gruszka also has distinguished herself as chairperson of the American Society for Quality.
