Lincoln Electric Earns Presidential Recognition
December 1, 2007CommentsKey executives from welding-equipment supplier Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., Cleveland, OH, recently were honored as a President’s E-Star Award recipient, recognizing the firm’s ongoing excellence in exporting products manufactured in the United States. Receiving the award from President Bush at a White House ceremony were Lincoln’s chairman, president and CEO John M. Stropki; Richard J. Seif, senior vice president-sales and marketing; and George Blankenship, senior vice president-global engineering and U.S. operations. This year marks the 45th anniversary of the award, created by President Kennedy in 1961.
