Prince Industries Acquires Precision Shapes, Expands Aerospace and Defense Capabilities

Prince Industries, Carol Stream, IL, a precision-machining and sheet metal-fabrication company (and an HC Private Investments portfolio company) focused on the industrial and medical end markets, has acquired Precision Shapes, Inc. (PSI). The PSI executive team, including John Preiser and Jesse Palma, remains in place. Located in Titusville, FL, 10 mi. from Cape Canaveral, PSI operates an AS9100-certified facility providing complex material and tight-tolerance precision machining to aerospace and defense customers.
