Dietronic Partners with Gudel on Automated Press Line to Stamp EV-Body Panels

Dietronic has commissioned its fully automatic Combi brush/re-oiler blank-cleaning and lubrication system at a North American automotive manufacturer, to stamp electric-vehicle body panels. The lubrication system was installed on a new press line in collaboration with Güdel, which supplied an automated blank-feeding system for the press.  

The cleaning and lubrication setup comprises a self-cleaning brushing system and a model ALCPXEJ 2600 oiler, both mounted in separate frames for easy retraction from the press line. This feature enables operator access to the oiler/brush cleaner and offers space in the press line/feeding system for maintenance and cleaning.
