Small-Radius All-Electric Tube Bender

BLM Group USA has announced North American availability of fthe Smart-One, an all-new hands-free bender for small-radius tubes. The all-electric tube-bending machine features freely configurable left- or right-hand bending options for tubes to 0.86-in. dia., and is ideal for HVAC, automotive and general-appliance applications. The tube-bending machine excels in cases of high operator turnover by streamlining and speeding processes through work simplification, easing operator responsibilities, according to company officials.

Machine features include VGPNext, BLM Group’s simple, user-friendly CAD/CAM programming, and automated bending that reportedly guarantees quality and repeatability by eliminating the possibility of human error and time-consuming manual orientation of a part during loading. And, strategic machine cycles optimize machine operation and movements to speed production. for bending that makes the entire machine cycle faster.
