Fabricator AT&F Acquires HMF
November 1, 2015Steel fabricator AT&F, Cleveland, OH, has acquired HMF (Heavy Metal Fabricators), Manitowoc, WI. The HMF facility, hosting large-scale cutting, welding and machining operations, boasts 60,000 sq. ft. of space and provides 60-ton crane capacity. Acquiring the new facility will allow AT&F to expand its operations into the Midwest.
“The capabilities and experience that exist at the facility are a great complement to the operations we have in Ohio and elsewhere,” says Michael Ripich, AT&F president and CEO. “This location will put us closer to several of our key customers and prospects located in the region.”
AT&F has 800,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space at locations worldwide.
