Prima Industrie/Prima Power Acquires Sistec AM

Prima Industrie SpA, through its Prima Power brand, has announced the acquisition of industrial-automation company Sistec AM. Based in Pordenone, Italy, Sistec AM designs, develops and manufactures robotic and customized automation systems for production processes. With an extensive array of robotic lines, cells and high-tech assembly and control systems, Sistec AM specializes in integrating complex solutions into existing industrial frameworks to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Prima Industrie and Prima Power CEO Giovanni Negri says, "The acquisition of Sistec AM is strategic to our “Evolve by integration” strategy. It expands our product offering and also reinforces our ability to anticipate and respond to the dynamic needs of our customers in terms of integrated and scalable solutions.”

Prima Industrie welcomes Sistec AM CEO Daniele De Vecchi and the Sistec AM team to its group.
