Bystronic Acquires Majority Interest in Italian Automation Specialist

Bystronic, Elgin, IL, has announced its acquisition of 70 percent of the shares of Antil S.p.A., headquartered in Milan, Italy. Antil’s portfolio includes loading and unloading systems for laser-cutting and punching machines, automated sheetmetal storage systems and robot-assisted bending solutions.
