Dallas Industries will present a complete press-feed line at FABTECH 2016, delivering material across the aisle directly into an Aida 330-ton servo press. The line will showcase state-of-the-art reel, straightener and feed technology ideally suited to servo-press applications. The Allen-Bradley Ethernet-based controls architecture supports many advanced features, including Dallas’ unique ProfileSelect software. ProfileSelect uses a sinusoidal profile (cam motion) to provide smooth motion and material feed, utilizing 100 percent of the press-feed window while minimizing stress on the material and mechanics. Also featured: SyncLoop advanced loop-control integration.
