Tooling Tech Group Acquires Alpha Integration

Tooling Tech Group (TTG), a Macomb, MI-based provider of engineered tools and assembly equipment, has announced the acquisition of Alpha Integration, a Murfreesboro, TN-based provider of custom automated assembly and inspection equipment.
Since 2018, this is the fourth acquisition by TTG, which employs approximately 600 people at 13 locations across five states.
