Tishken, a member of the Formtek Group, Cleveland, OH, has released a redesign of its MLW Series rollforming machine. The updated design leverages many elements available within the rollforming brands of the Formtek Group, replacing some obsolete mechanical and drivetrain components of the previous Tishken design.

The new MLW-Series machines include variable-frequency motor and drive systems for production speeds topping out at 200 ft./min., along with precision bearings for forming light-gauge, tight-tolerance parts. The machine is available in multiple gear ratios to ensure reverse compatibility with prior MLW roll formers.
