PennEngineering Acquires Whitesell

PennEngineering, Danboro, PA, a manufacturer of precision fasteners, announced the acquisition of fastener manufacturer Whitesell Formed Components, with facilities in Waterford, Romulus and Novi, MI, and Whitesell Canada, Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.

The Whitesell facilities will join the existing PennEngineering brand and operate as part of the PennAutomotive division, supplying automotive OEMs with fastening products.
