Tennsmith Acquires Roll Former Corp.

McMinnville, TN-based Tennsmith, a supplier of metal folders, coil-processing lines, shears and more, has acquired Roll Former Corp., Chalfont, PA, a manufacturer of roll forming equipment. Roll Former joins Rockford, IL-based Roper Whitney, a manufacturer of automatic folders, cleat benders, hand brakes, notchers, rotary machines, shears and slip rolls, as one of Tennsmith’s brands.
