Wilson Tool Appoints Semerad Chief Commercial Officer

Wilson Tool International has announced the appointment of Jason Semerad as chief commercial officer. In this role, he will be responsible for ensuring enterprise-wide alignment of the Wilson Tool business model, sales, marketing and customer-engagement strategies; identifying new-product-development opportunities; and serving as a critical leader on the company’s mergers and acquisition teams.
With 25-plus years’ experience with prominent global corporations, Semerad brings expertise in marketing, strategy, commercialization, product-lifecycle management and business development. He graduated from the Indiana University, Kelley School of Business with an MBA in Marketing and New Venture/Business Development, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management and International Business.
