Alfa Romeo Extends Partnership with Additive Industries

The Italy-based Alfa Romeo Sauber Formula 1 race team has taken delivery of its third MetalFAB1 metal additive manufacturing (AM) system by Switzerland-based Additive Industries.

“We are pleased to be extending our current partnership with Additive Industries,” says Frédéric Vasseur, principal of the Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 team. “We look forward to working with Additive Industries and making further progress in our shared projects.”

“This partnership extension with the Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team confirms the acceleration in industrial additive manufacturing that we are aiming for,” says Daan Kersten, CEO of Additive Industries.
