cutting-head accessory, the machine produces precise angled cuts and bevels as well as automatically corrects for the taper normally found in an abrasive waterjet cut.
Also on display: a model 1530 Maxiem, with a compact foot- print and X-Y cutting travel of 10 ft.-2 in. by 5 ft.-2 in. With an elec- trically operated Motorized Z-Axis, the machine can achieve pre- cise nozzle positioning. Alliance Manufacturing Inc., a manufacturer of cleaning equip- ment, will feature its Aquamaster E-Series compact parts-clean- ing system, need for use in manufacturing workcells and in appli- cations with limited floor space. Aquamaster E-series machines are designed for inline cleaning and drying of a variety of man- ufactured components. Multiple process zones are available including wash, rinse, rust inhibit, ambient blowoff and heat- ed blowoff.
The standard conveyor system includes a flat-wire belt design for manual part loading and unloading. Multiple product widths and belt materials are available.
