Ford Motor Co. has award- ed Fortech Products Q1 certifi- cation for the quality perform- ance of its production facility in Brighton, MI. The certifica- tion recognizes a select group of suppliers for excellence in a variety of areas, including manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, on- time delivery, service and overall customer satisfaction.
Fortech develops and man- ufactures corrosion-resistant coatings, metal forming lubri- cants and metalworking fluids for the automotive, aerospace and related industries.

Bradbury Company to Expand its Moundridge Plant
The Bradbury Co., Inc., a manufacturer of leveling, cut- off, punching, folding and roll forming machines, announced plans to expand its facility in Moundridge, KS, by approxi- mately 40 percent to increase manufacturing capacity and provide additional space for testing its custom-built pro- duction lines before shipping to customer facilities. The addition, which will extend 10
ft. higher than the existing facility and be engineered to house 30-ton cranes, is expected to be completed by spring. The firm also is adding to its labor force and is accepting applications for numerous roles.
Says Ryan Durst, Bradbury president: “With the addition of robotics and advanced automation, our lines of equip- ment have lengthened, and the additional floor space will accommodate our need to assemble, test and deliver these large systems to our customers.”
