PMA invites middle-management pro- fessionals to enroll in its 2015-2016 Management Development Academy (MDA).
The MDA is a three-part series of forum-style workshops, coursework, sem- inars and structured networking designed for mid-level managers looking to advance their business and leadership acumen. Participants will learn practical skills and strategies about how to succeed when analyzing metalforming markets, con- ducting market research, managing assets and budgets, communicating in the workplace and developing and managing the supply chain, financial and cus- tomer accounts, contracts and human resources.
PMA is accepting registrations for the 2015-2016 MDA series, scheduled for July 19-21, 2015, in Cleveland, OH; October 18-20, 2015, in Nashville, TN; and Jan- uary 24-26, 2016, in Tampa, FL.
