Precision Metalforming Association Hires Workforce Development Director
The Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) has hired Connie King as its new workforce development director. She will manage the overall strategic direction of PMA’s workforce development initiatives; enhance its METALFORM EDU online training platform; and collaborate with PMA member companies, educational insti- tutions and workforce development champions at all levels of government to promote careers in manufacturing, and to educate and advance the manufacturing workforce of tomorrow.
“The recruitment, training and retention of workers is our members’ top priority,” says PMA President David Klotz. “We are thrilled to bring Connie on board to lead our workforce develop- ment efforts and grow this team, continue to increase awareness about metal forming careers, and develop training programs to build a high-caliber skilled workforce.”
Prior to joining PMA, King served as the director of profession- al development for Baldwin Wallace University, where she created and delivered original, competency-based learning programs for external organizations and the university.

Tech Cleaning-Technology Website
    Kyzen, Nashville, TN, a provider of environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, launched its new Tech 2 Tech website, www.kyzen.com/tech- 2-tech, with an improved on- demand format and search feature. Each session concen- trates on a specific cleaning challenge and industry, includ- ing electronic assembly clean- ing and metal finishing.
Previously, Tech 2 Tech
website visitors had to register to attend either a morning or afternoon session that occurred every Thursday at a specific time. Now, sub- scribers gain advanced access to the latest sessions deliv- ered directly to their inbox every Thursday and can watch it on-demand.
The website also hosts pre- vious sessions as well as tech- nical articles and Q&A sheets.
 Exair Website Features Improved Search Function
Exair Corp., Cincinnati, OH, a manufacturer of compressed-air- operated products for a variety of applications in manufacturing plants, has launched a freshly renovated website, www.exair.com, with a new look and feel to heighten the user experience.
