Bill Gaskin serves as president of PMA. He also is president of PMA's related entities—the PMA Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation supporting workforce development programs and careers in metalforming, and PMA Services, Inc., a for-profit subsidiary that publishes MetalForming, MetalForming Mexico and 3D Metal Printing magazines. Bill joined the PMA staff in 1972 to work with the association's local districts and to lead PMA's government relations program. He was named executive vice president in 1982 and became executive director of the PMA Educational Foundation in 1996, before being named president of PMA in October 2000. A graduate of Heidelberg College, Bill received his M.S. in Public Administration from Cleveland State University.
