Ansys and Granta Design Announce Collaboration

A partnership between Ansys and Granta Design enables engineers to manage and leverage materials information for additive manufacturing (AM). The combination of Ansys’ simulation for metal powder-bed AM with Granta's existing Materials Gateway offers an integrated set of workflows for AM data capture, simulation and optimization, enabling users to directly access and use validated materials data stored in their Granta materials databases, while working in Ansys Workbench, enabling users to apply accurate traceable input data.
