Cindy Jutras is an expert in analyzing the impact of enterprise applications on business performance. Cindy boasts more than over 35 years of corporate experience and expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, customer service and business performance management. Prior to founding Mint Jutras, Cindy was Vice President, Research Fellow and Group Director for the Aberdeen Group, where she conducted survey-based research on ERP, suite-based enterprise applications and business performance management.
Cindy has traveled the world speaking at executive conferences on her original supply chain concept, Virtually Vertical Manufacturing. She also is the author of the book ERP Optimization. Cindy holds a Masters of Applied Science from Boston University.

Scott Holter

Scott has spent more than 21 years in manufacturing operations management and systems consulting, working with manufacturers of all types and sizes. He has extensive experience with multiple software applications, not only assisting clients with evaluating and selecting software, but also improving the utilization of existing software. He has led dozens of projects to evaluate, recommend and select enterprise software in a way that maximizes the investment. He has reviewed, evaluated and audited more than 80 different enterprise software products during the course of his career.
When Scott works with clients to evaluate and select software, he brings significant hands-on manufacturing experience to the process. With an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering, he has held manufacturing positions from shop planning and scheduling to vice president of operations. He has worked with global, multinational corporations and with small, private, emerging companies, operating in a variety of industry segments.
