Neff Press Gains Aerospace Contract
Neff Press, Inc., a St. Louis, MO, press builder, announced that it secured a contract with a major aerospace company to build and install a 60-ton custom servo electric column press. Designed with 70-in. daylight, 48-in. stroke and a bed area of 61 by 46 in., the
press accommodates the cus- tomer’s loading and unloading requirements and provides dwell capability. Neff also sup- plies an open architecture controls platform with data acquisition, as well as inte- grated safety and quick die change.
