Accurate Brazing Adds Second HIP
GF Divisions to Add New Facility in Mexico
GF Machining Solutions and GF Piping Systems, Lin- colnshire, IL, announced plans to enhance their direct sales and service support to cus- tomers in Mexico with the opening of a new Nuevo Leon joint headquarters.
In late October 2019, the companies conducted a
groundbreaking ceremony for the 75,000-sq.-ft. facility that will include a state-of-the-art showroom and warehouse space. To help streamline the sales process and shorten delivery times for customers, the facility also will serve as a strategically located central distribution center for Mexico.
Accurate Brazing, a Goffs- town, NH-based provider of specialized heat treating solutions for the aerospace and power-generation indus- tries, and other sectors, has added a second hot isostatic pressing (HIP) press from Sweden-based Quintus Technologies.
The presses, both model QIH 122 M URC, come equipped with a uniform rapid-cooling feature, which combines HIP and heat treat- ment in a high-pressure process. The new press resides in Accurate Brazing’s newest facility in Greenville, SC.
