Metal-stampings and assemblies supplier Batesville Tool & Die, Batesville, IN, a subsidiary of BTD Manufactur- ing Inc., announced that it has acquired the assets of South Carolina Metal Products, Aiken, SC. With the acquisi- tion, BTD seeks to expand its reach into the southeast region of the United States. The South Carolina facility will supply metal-stamping and robotic gas-metal-arc and resistance welding services for the automotive and lawn- and-garden industries.
